Bankura: A bus carrying nearly 100 passengers was washed away today in a flash flood in West Bengal's Bankura district. 12 passengers have been rescued and many others are still missing raising apprehensions that they may have been swept away.
The bus was traveling from Jhargram to Durgapur. It was crossing a culvert over Bhairab Baki River when it stalled and a flash flood swept it 300 metres downstream.
